Emails from us, only when there's something to say.

When you check the marketing-emails box at signup, you're giving us permission to email you with updates, tips, and the occasional promotion. Here's exactly what that means — and how to stop hearing from us at any time.

The short version
  • You only get marketing emails if you check the box. It's off by default.
  • We email lightly — when there's a real product update, a useful tip, or a promotion that matters.
  • Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom.
  • Unsubscribing from marketing doesn't affect transactional emails (delivery, billing, password resets — those keep coming because they're part of the service).
  • We don't sell your email address. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't rent our list.

What you're agreeing to

By checking the “Email me updates, occasional tips, and the rare promo” box during signup, you give Parallax Listings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Parallax Listings”) your express written consent to send you commercial electronic mail messages to the email address you provided. These messages may include:

  • Product updates — new features, workflow improvements, or changes to your plan.
  • Educational content — tips on using motion stills in your listings, marketing best practices, or industry news that affects how agents use our work.
  • Promotional offers — occasional discounts, referral incentives, or seasonal campaigns.
  • Case studies and examples — how other agents are getting results, with the permission of those agents.

How often we'll email you

Our intent is to email you no more than a few times per month, and usually less. We don't operate on a fixed schedule because we'd rather email you when there's something genuine to share than fill a calendar slot. If we ever exceed roughly two emails per week for marketing purposes (separate from transactional emails about your account), we will say so up front.

How to stop receiving marketing emails

You can withdraw your consent to receive marketing emails at any time, in any of these ways:

  • One-click unsubscribe. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from the marketing list immediately.
  • Account settings. Log in to your Parallax Listings account, go to Settings → Notifications, and toggle marketing emails off.
  • Reply or email us. Reply to any of our emails with “unsubscribe” or write to hello@parallaxlistings.com and we'll remove you within one business day.
What we'll still send you after you unsubscribe: transactional emails related to your account and orders — your deliverables when they're ready, billing receipts, password resets, security alerts, changes to our Terms of Service. These aren't marketing; they're how the service works. They cannot be turned off while you have an active account, but they stop when you close your account.

What we'll never do

  • Sell your email address. Your contact information stays with Parallax Listings.
  • Rent or trade our list. Same reason.
  • Use deceptive subject lines. Our subject lines describe what's actually in the email.
  • Hide who we are. Every email identifies Parallax Listings LLC as the sender, with our mailing address in the footer, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Pretend you opted in if you didn't. If you haven't checked the marketing box, we won't email you marketing content. Transactional emails about your account are a different category, governed by your Terms of Service.

If you're in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with additional rules

If you reside in California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with privacy laws granting you additional rights (such as the CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, or comparable frameworks), those laws apply to how we handle your data, in addition to the practices described above. Among other rights, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, or opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@parallaxlistings.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by the applicable law.

If you change your mind later

Consent works both ways. If you decline marketing emails at signup and later decide you'd like to hear from us, log in and toggle the preference on in Settings → Notifications, or email us. There's no penalty either way; agents who use our service without ever receiving a marketing email from us are completely fine with us.

Questions or concerns

If you have questions about our marketing practices, or you believe you received an email from us you didn't consent to, email hello@parallaxlistings.com and a human will respond. If you believe we've violated CAN-SPAM or another applicable law, you may also contact the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov — but we'd rather hear from you first so we can fix it.
