How to request deletion of your account and all associated data.

Request deletion

To delete your Parallax Listings account and remove your personal data — including uploaded photos, order history, profile information, and billing records — email us at hello@parallaxre.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Delete my account."

What gets deleted

Within 30 days of receiving your request, we permanently delete:

• Your profile (name, email, contact information)
• All photos you uploaded
• All videos we produced for you
• Order history and customer notes
• Authentication records (Google or Facebook OAuth tokens)

What may be retained

For legal and tax compliance reasons, we retain anonymized billing records (invoice numbers, amounts, dates — with personal identifiers removed) for the period required by applicable law, typically seven years.

Active subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the billing portal before requesting deletion to avoid further charges. We do not pre-emptively cancel subscriptions on deletion request.
