What photos do you need from me?
The same MLS-ready JPEGs your photographer delivered. Ten to twenty is normal for a listing — we'll pick the three that earn motion. No raw files, no plate scans, no special formatting required.
How long until I have something to post?
Twelve to twenty-four hours from upload, almost always closer to twelve. Submit before noon and you'll usually have stills the same evening.
Does this comply with AB 723 and MLS disclosure rules?
Our standard motion process is designed to stay on the clean side of California's
AB 723, because we don't alter the physical features of the home. We keep your originals and can hand them back any time.

Do I have to sign up for a plan?
No. À la carte is $25 per listing, three motion stills, no card on file required after the free first listing. Brokerage plans exist if you want volume pricing, but they aren't a prerequisite.
Can you do video tours, drone shots, or virtual staging?
No, no, and definitely no. We do one thing — motion stills from real photographs — and we don't moonlight as the other three. If you need a videographer on a luxury listing, we'll happily refer you to one in your market.
